The harshness of the A side is further amplified by French legend Zadig, whose track “Thorium” - title taken from a radioactive metal that was named after Thor, the Norse god of thunder - evokes an equivalent feeling of boldness. An extremely powerful kick blends all the elements together for the whole duration of the track, while the inclusion of nasty hi-hats intensifies the perception of being sucked into a bottomless maelstrom.
